Our grandfather once offered a group of passing motorcyclists in the Greek mountains a cup of water. He meant to say it in Greek, but the words came out half-English, half-Greek: “Thelis Cup?” — Θέλεις (“Do you want?” in Greek). The phrase, half a question and half a friendly offering, made us all laugh. When we think about him, this fond memory that still carries his warmth and humor comes to mind.

Thelis Coffee was born from that memory, a tribute to simple kindness and the joy of sharing something from the heart. Here, coffee and plants grow side by side, each a reminder of connection, care, and the simple pleasures of life.
